How does the system pick from my suppliers?

A. 

Each supplier must provide a price list at unique product level. PharmAssist Solutions then compiles a cascade, which is unique to your pharmacy and uses this to produce the order sequence- cheapest supplier first every time for every product.

How quickly can I get onto the system?

A. 

All you need to do is fill in our customer order form and ensure the paperwork is correct and we can get you up and running. Working with our staff we normally find we can have a pharmacy live within 4 weeks of the pharmacy signing all the relevant contracts. With now over 600 live users we are getting quite good at bringing new customers onto the system as quickly as possible.

How do I know where my order is coming from?

A. 

Every time an order is placed PharmAssist Solutions unique software receives a reply from each wholesaler and the ultimate wholesale suppliers' message is then transmitted to your reply page. This means you know for each product where and when it will be arriving. Logging onto your unique safe customer page will allow you to monitor the progress of every order and also to monitor wholesaler spend supply proportion as well as broadband performance - you can also see the rating of each wholesaler live!!

How do I send an order?

A. 

If you are a PharmAssist Solutions customer using an RX systems platform you simply place your orders as you do now- no change. This is a totally seamless, integrated order and reply programme. If you are a PharmAssist Lite customer you simply add your order to our easy to use web order pad.

It seems too good to be true...

A. 

Once you have completed your invoice comparison and seen the results you will be able to see the minimum types of gains you could make by going live with PharmAssist Solutions- then you can decide if it’s too good to be true! The major multiples have been using these programs for years and know their value—only now are we able to make them accessible for the independent to use. Which wholesalers can I use?

A. 

The choice is yours. We accept price lists from every broadband enabled wholesaler in the UK including Northern Ireland. All we need is a live price list kept up to date in a standard industry format. If you choose to use our Gold Partners we do all the work; by keeping prices live and checking they are invoice price. This will help with problems and help with endorsing.

If you choose to use Non- Gold partners you just need to supply us with live price lists on a monthly basis and ensure they are kept live by your supplier- it’s no problem for us!
