Order Issue - Update
We’re waiting for confirmation from Emis but it appears that everything is up and running again and you should be able to process your orders now.
Thank you for your patience with this. We are liaising with Proscript to work out a contingency plan in case this occurs again.
Unfortunately there seems to be a Proscript server issue which is causing a delay with order replies. We have spoken to them and they are trying to resolve this.
If you have any issues with orders being processed please resend the order straight away without any amendments and/or check the website for responses. Please be aware that the website portal runs from the same server and you may also experience some delays with the website.
We will keep you informed as soon as we receive an update.
