Proscript Deployment

We are aware that some customers have experienced issues with product selection during dispensing,  this was due to a Proscript deployment error which was rectified at midday yesterday (13.06.16),  with a message to come out of Proscript and sign back in to rectify the issue.


Any customers that have had to return stock due to the error, please log the stock returned via the website within Order History against the product ordered, this can be accessed by clicking the Question Mark to the right hand side of the product ordered - within the comment section at the bottom please type reference, GE1 Deployment at the beginning of the message.
